Jonathan Dale tells all about “Jezebel” and the meaning of the upcoming video!

I had to put focus on Jezebel for the first video project because it sets up who I am as an artist, or as a person if you will. I’m still working on completely finding out who I am as an artist, and I probably will die trying to reconfigure or figure out something that has to do with my music. But in doing little projects like ‘The Jezebel Music Video Project’ and my current album ‘Love Luck and Leaving’, they all help me figure out crucial things about myself as an artist. So everything I do has a message about something I’ve figured out. But it all comes from who I am as a person, which is an artist.

So there are several ‘Jezebel’s' in this song, but the wrong one pissed me off one day so I sat down, wrote this song with Richard Poarch. The scarlet red ribbon is a warning to people she comes in contact with. You will see it throughout the video. The Bible says that Jezebel was known for her painted face, and no one has ever exposed what is behind all of that paint until now. She’s a hooker with a hidden agenda and she will stab you in the back as soon as you turn around.

Now I’m not gonna sit here and say that I was an angel or that I am today. We all fall short. But once you realize she’s there, and she thinks she controls you, you have my permission to take her down. After all, Love kills Evil, it’s the only thing that will. For instance when you see the ring go on her finger in the video, Love killes the Evil, and when she least expected it too. She thought she had got what she was after and what she got killed her in the end.

It’s religious due to my background and the video reflects on that during the wedding scenes and it’s creepy I wont lie, there are lots of imagery and things you’ll see after you watch a few times, but it’s really just a taste of all the Video Projects my team and I are gonna release over the next few months. It’s my ‘art’.

The “Jezebel” singer took to his twitter account today to release designs for the all new ‘ i kILLED jEZEBEL’ T-Shirt line. The shirt features the Jezebel cross used on all the current artwork for the single, but the orginal heart that was in the center, is replaced with a bulleyes and bullet holes for this killer new shirt.

It comes on a white t-shirt, pink font for the ladies and army green font for the guys. This is a new item added to the JonathanDaleMusic.com Official Store in promotion for the new song “Jezebel.” You can download the new song “Jezebel” and all the other songs from Jonathan’s new album for only $4.99 on his website this weekend. ‘Love Luck and Leaving” and “Jezebel” can be purchased as well through iTunes and all other online music retailors.

It’s your first look inside the music video project for “Jezebel.” The image confirms indeed; Jezebel, is played Jonathan’s close friend, Danielle Siers. The shot shows the bright red ribbon that Jonathan tweeted about on sunday, and the amazing Chapel of Rest in Patterson, NC near Jonathan’s hometown. We’ll have more images and video clips all this week and next week before the big release of “Jezebel.”

Jonathan Dale reveals ‘Jezebel’ artwork and that BIG surprise!

Jonathan Dale has released the cover for a fan favorite track “Jezebel”. The singer posted the picture on his Twitter account Friday as his first clue to his surprise on 11-11-11.

Which leads us to proudly announce the music video project for “Jezebel” was filmed at the Chapel of Rest in North Carolina on Tuesday, and is set to be unveiled on (11-11-11) November 11, 2011. On Tuesday morning Jonathan Dale’s longterm friend Danielle Siers, posted on her Facebook; “Video Shoot with Jonathan Dale.” Also today, (thursday) Jonathan posted via his F acebook page that he had a ‘killer’ surprise for us on 11-11-11. Danielle was along side Jonathan on the carpet and attended the Carolina Music Awards with him where He won “Country Male Vocal of the Year” and was recognized as the Randy Travis Artist of the Year. Jonathan also tweeted tonight that He was thinking about releasing the first clue, so hopefully tomorrow Dalers, we will know more! Who’s excited?!
